The 2026 camp has finished and the organizers say information on the 2027 spring camps is coming soon, so no dates, tuition or registration details are posted. A weekend mandolin camp at the Prindle Pond Conference Center in Charlton, about 60 miles southwest of Boston, with housing and meals included and students eating at the same tables as the faculty. It suits everyone from a brand new beginner to a working performer, covering traditional and progressive bluegrass, blues and jazz. Most classes are hands-on, with guided and informal jams at every level, faculty concerts on Friday and Saturday, and a luthier on duty. The 2026 faculty ran past twenty players, among them Don Stiernberg, Alan Bibey, Sharon Gilchrist, Joe K. Walsh and Skip Gorman.
