Next session is Oct 1-3, 2026 in Frostburg, three days of four hours each, and registration is open. The all-in cost is $200, made up of $175 tuition and a $25 non-refundable registration fee that is applied to the camp balance. Classes cover playing in a group, the Nashville Number System, chord tones and break building, vocal harmony, close-mic technique, bluegrass standards and fiddle tunes, plus a little bluegrass history, and campers perform on stage at the end. All ages and levels are welcome, though some previous playing or lesson experience on your instrument is recommended. One scholarship for students from Maryland, Pennsylvania or West Virginia is offered through the Adam Geschwindner Scholarship Fund.
